Ashville Viking Open House!!

January 31, 10am to 4pm Saturday at the
Ashville Elementary School on Walnut Street.
Ashville Ohio, just south of Columbus and East of South Bloomfield on 23.
This is a time to look, touch and experience History!!
We have Demonstrations for most areas of Viking Life and lots of neat crafts that can be learned.
We have Wire Weavers, Naalbinders, Tablet Weavers, Spinners, Leather workers, Metal workers and a few warriors with shield and hammers ready.
Come and experience history in a relaxing and fun venue.
Pet the furs that keep us warm.

If you have ever wondered what we are doing after the open house... here is your chance, for a 5$ cover you too will be entertained with the very musical talents of two of our favorite groups. Bob Ford and Dave Rainy. Some of it is normal music, Thank Oden, Most of it isnt!!

This will be Bob Ford and Dave Rainy going all out, no holds bared
and everyone should be equally offended.
(The first half of the show is for the normal's,
the last have is for the abnormal.)
We will be attempting to record this event both on Video and separate
audio.

We will be doing food and drinks the same way we do it at Viking
Fest: pre ordering from Triple play, and we will have pop to buy.
(The Bar on the VFW side will be available, bring ID if you want served)

Good morning Friends!!!

I have to apologise~

I have been living in the dells of Willy Nilly on the Wash at the Ohio Renaissance Festival and I have not been in here to update anything!!

this up coming weekend is the last weekend and I have gathered many photos that I will share as soon as I have a dozen moments to do it right~

I am still unemployed and looking for the right type of work, I've been sewing for Safer Swords, and that has helped alot but winter sewing won't be as full or frantic as it has been the last few weeks so I will need to build some time in job hunting again. Still looking for work that gets me closer to tattooing, but honestly, I'll do anything that doesn't put me into more pain~

I dyed my hair with Henna last week and I am loving how soft and healthy my hair feels!! My myspace blog has a whole ramble on about it!! lol~

I hope all of you are well~ I know expenses have been an issue with all of us for living and going to our 'Homes in alternative Centuries' ~ But I still hope to see as many of you as possible~
