First off... AAARRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGhhhhhhh!!!!

about two weeks ago.. I got a email from a person who's email name I didnt recognize asking me to join a Yahoo Group.  it was a linked invitation and I looked at the page and chose to join.  Imeediately after joining and getting the emails. I saw that many of the members of the group were wondering how they got there.. only a few like me said they had followed a link to join.. most of them complained about haveing been enrolled and some even set up as moderators with out their knowledge. it was wierd.. but the group had potiential so I hung out, it did turn out that I personally knew one of the other members.. but to my knowledge she was the only one I knew... 

at the same time, I gave in to the application pressures to 'buy my friends' to 'super poke them' and to give people bumper stickers!! woo hoo..yea.....

i also downloaded a pc game that I purchased over a year ago and finally got enough room in the PC to play... (Baulder's Gate: Shadows of Awin)

simple events. daily occurances... it could even not have been any of these, or it could have been any of the sites I've visited in my search for work, I dont know.... but my main email/message boards started loggin out on me after each session instead of staying logged in. a little thing, but frustrating. and yesterday morning while waiting for the internet to wake up... I was playing with a desktop game my computer shut itself off.. no shut down, no warning, nothing. it wouldnt come back on. it wouldnt load the opening program and nothing I knew to do worked. (im fairly tech ok.. but this pissed me off)

Yesterday was Owen's Birthday~

Yesterday Owen spent the whole day, scrubbing a Trojan Program out of my harddrive and ram.  I lost all of my saved information and everyting I had on the system.  I am reloaded and working again but with less that I had before. fortunately most of my photos were already online in here and photobucket. but there are a few I didnt share.. and I dont know if they are findable again.. one is a 1941 photo of my Mother and her husband. it was special to me.. so I didnt post it anywhere else.. sigh.. hopefully I kept the email it came in.. if not.. someone in my family sent it out origionally, they will still have it.. but there are photos and doccuments that I kept that now I have to find or reconstruct.. grrr.. all my bookmarks will have to be redone. this is just Stupid!  I dont know quite what I did wrong, in conserving energy, I've been shutting down my computer if I know I wont be on it for more than an hour. so apparently doing this, missed me some auto scanns and updates for my protections..

watch yourselves friends... If it wasnt for Owen and his skills I would be dead on the Internet save for trips to the Library.  sigh...
